HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?

  • Customers can exchange/ return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You can only apply for a Return/ Exchange by notifying us at [email protected], our customer care will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
  • After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to you securely by bank transaction in two working days.
  • Please note that Refund of Shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

HOW DO I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK?
We can arrange the reverse pickup or you can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR EXCHANGING THE PRODUCTS?
We can arrange the reverse pickup or you can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. We provide max Rs 100 as courier reimbursement so kindly ship via an economical courier.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCTS IN CASE OF RETURN?
Yes, you have to bear the shipping charges when you are returning the product or if the reverse pickup is arranged then Rs 75 will be deducted from the refund amount.

I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. HOW DO I PROCEED?

 If you have received a defective product, send us images at [email protected] and we will get back to you. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team.
